C.B.C.I. CENTRE

C. B. C. I. Centre, New Delhi

The C.B.C.I. Centre is the headquarters of the Catholic Bishops' Conference of India. It is headed by the Deputy Secretary General who is assisted by the Assistant Secretary. Some of the Commissions of the C.B.C.I. have their offices at the C.B.C.I. Centre and their Executive Secretaries reside there. Also, Caritas India, the developmental wing of the C.B.C.I. has its headquarters at the C.B.C.I. Centre.

In the beginning the C.B.C.I. Centre was based in Bangalore and it was moved to the present venue in New Delhi in 1962.
