5. The User shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining all telephone, computer hardware and other equipment needed for access to and use of the cbcisite.com Site and all charges related thereto.

A User shall not post or transmit through the Site any material which violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of others, which is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane or otherwise objectionable, which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offence, give right to civil liability or otherwise violate any law.

7. A User shall access the Site at one’s own sole risk. The CBCI Commission for Social Communications (CBCI Media Office) does not warrant that Site will be uninterrupted or error free. This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages or injury, caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, negligence, or under any other cause of action.

A User specifically acknowledges that the CBCI Commission for Social Communications (CBCI Media Office) is not liable for the defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of other subscribers or third-parties in cases including but not limited to any interactive communication on or through the site and that the risk of injury from the foregoing rests entirely with the Users.

10. In no event will the CBCI Commission for Social Communications or any person or entity involved in creating, producing or maintaining the Site be liable for any damages, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of the use of or inability to use Site. The User hereby acknowledges that the provisions of this section shall apply to all content on the cbcisite.com Site.
 
11. The CBCI Commission for Social Communications has provided or may provide links and pointers to Internet sites maintained by third parties. The Commission does not operate or control in any respect any information, products or services on these third-party sites. The materials in this cbcisite.com Site and the third-party sites are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
